    Been experiencing this issue since January this year.

    I agree, it been a long, long time now for the data migration to complete. As a ray of hope, I received this message to my help ticket from a technical manager - Our latest update included a more definitive timeline of late June for the re-appearance of our historic data. So, we certainly hope we'll begin to see additional data within the next 4-5 weeks.

    I dont even have current data coming in for any of the screens. It has current production and nothing else. Am I doing something wrong or have an outdated app?

    website configs are showing the same.

    Redbak, you might have a system issue as our data migration is dealing with data before Feb 17th. 

     

    Gary Nagaoka our migration will be complete at the end of June. There is about 950TB to transfer so it's taking a long time. 

     

    Taylor Vanwinkle this doesn't have anything to do with our migration. Have you contacted support to see what's going on with your system?

    I tried calling (404 402 0802) but it just goes to voice mail so I field a ticket (#296455) with support this morning. Hopefully that will do something.

    Gleiches Problem bei mir. Seit gestern Mitternacht keine Produktionsdaten mehr. CCA resettet, nun leuchtet er dauerhaft Gelb. Keine Abhilfe.
