    Tigo's Engineers are in the progress of migrating to a new server infrastructure that will offer faster data processing.     Same here, I haven’t received any data from the panels for over a month now.
    Even when I did the system takes at best 4-5 hours to update.

    For me it still does not show the panel data correctly. In overview page the data seems ok. In system view the energy tab is ok but panel data for power and reclaimed is at nighttime ca 0:30am till 1:30am, RSSI voltage and current are missing.

    Geoff Anderson I found a system tied to your name that is showing data normally. Not sure if that's yours or not but if you want to submit a ticket we can take a closer look.

    raigo.viltrop I believe I found your system too and noticed data is showing up but you may have a bug that we are in the process of fixing. If you can open a ticket we will follow up.

    Hello Archie, thanks for looking into this for me.
    There still seams to be some confusing info on the layout page - what is the difference between the power and energy details?
    Is the energy the total wattage the panels have produced that day?
    It’s also very slow to load these details on the iOS App.
    I also have one panel that goes up to 10000 on occasions so I’m finding it very difficult to check the optimiser and panel status.

    Geoff Anderson You are correct. Energy is the total for the day. Power is at a point in time that you can scroll back and forth on. 

     

    A panel going to 10000 doesn't seem right obviously. Can you post a screenshot of that day?
