    Hello H P

As you can see from the banner on the Community page, the Tigo infrastructure is in the process of an overhaul, and the view-ability of some systems has been affected. This process may take a few more days to complete.

Our Web Engineers understand this is not ideal for systems just being discovered, so they are working around the clock to make this recovery quick. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

To be fair, the banner has said any number of things all weekend long from "Site is under maintenance" to "All the issues have been resolved and it might take a day for your data to catch up"; for more than a day so far.

So now that the system seems to be back up, I'm finally able to see some solar generation from yesterday.  But there is no data from the 15th and I know I was generating power on the 15th.

Is it normal for data to simply be lost like this?

PS: Looking at the site map, the panels with the most data points are the ones furthest away from the TAP and the 3 panels nearest the TAP are showing no production/data.  In fact, the one closest to the TAP is showing 'no data' suggesting that its TS4-A-O isn't working?   I don't know how to understand what I'm seeing.

    Hello H P

    Thank you for your reply.

I'm happy to hear that your account has been updated. It's entirely possible that the Tigo Engineers are still working on the project and there may be some additional steps that need to take place, before all data is retrieved.

Regarding the outer units showing no production: This sounds like it may be a signal interference issue.

I have opened up a ticket so that our Support Engineers can review the system. They will be in contact to evaluate the issue very soon.

Thank you for your patience with this process.

Yesterday afternoon I noticed that my solar production went to 0 for about 15 minutes or so (according to Solar-Assistant) and then when it came back it was suddenly much higher and now those three panels nearest the TAP are showing data.  Shall I assume that someone logged in remotely and adjusted something?
