    Thank you for your contribution to the Tigo Community.

    What you have experienced is associated with a site-wide issue that is unfortunately on going... Our teams have worked tirelessly over the weekend to correct this, but there are some systems that are still experiencing outages. We hope to regain dashboard services for those systems soon.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this may have caused. If you are experiencing such delays or other issues, please know that the CCA has been manufactured to collect data during outages and will update the system as soon as they come back online.
