Is the Tigo server down or partially down?

    Are you speaking of the recent outage? If so, the issue has been fixed and there is a banner notifying the public of the correction. 

    However, if you are using a browser, please delete your cache and restart the application to remove any issues stored in the cache memory. 

    If you are still experiencing issues afterwards, please consider reaching out to Tigo Support to notify our Engineers. They will be able to seek a resolution for you.

    Hi Curtis. Yes, that’s what I’m talking about. I’m getting some of the data but not all of it. For instance everything in system view is blank. Also some of the graphs are not coming through. I’ve cleared my cache, but still it persists.

    Our teams have worked tirelessly over the weekend to make sure that we regain services in every time zone.

    The system appears to be functioning now, but some zones may still be experiencing slight delays on the System Layout page. If you are experiencing such delays or other issues, please let us know about it, by contacting Tigo Support.

    Thanks for reaching out. Your system is now reporting data. Regarding the System View, that will get an update this week that will have all the data present in near real time.
