No solar base only solar reclaimed

    Hi Chris, thank you for this question! If reclaimed energy is appearing but not solar base then the first thing you should check is the legend at the bottom of the solar screen. You should see three selections- total, solar base, and solar reclaimed. Verify that they are enabled by touching them. You will see the graph information appear. 

     

    I created a comprehensive guide for the EI App that covers every nook and cranny. You may also share it with the homeowner, although the screens may look different depending on their use access and if they have a basic or premium subscription.     Hi Greg, 

    I have checked the legends at the bottom and they are both turned on for solar base and solar reclaimed. 

    In the overview I can see both the solar base and reclaimed for the day. However, when I go to any of the basic charts, it only shows solar reclaimed. There is nothing in the guide that helps me with this issue as far as I can see. 

    The system id is 107419

    Address is 24 West View.

     

    I have attached screenshots so you can see the issue that I am facing.

    Ah, ok, that is odd behavior. In fact, that screenshot would have been useful in your original post. I notice that solar base = 0W, which is obviously incorrect if the optimizers are working!

    I have created a ticket for this visualization error, which I am also seeing on my end, and will send this to our software team. Stay dry out there in Durham!

    Greg-Smith,  I also have the same issue.  Any suggestions on how this can be fixed?  overview shows base,  basic charts does not.
