    Each system is set up differently. What affects your system may be greatly different from others. That is why it's important to always contact Tigo Support and have one of our highly trained Engineers review the system and see if there are any contributing issues.

    Thank you for the detailed post, John. Pictures always help when troubleshooting array issues. Our Help Center article talks about this specific issue and what you can do to correct it.

    PV Module Colors - What do they mean?

    Grey color in the power mode means there is spotty communication between the TS4-O and the TAP. Since that array is split between two different roof planes, some of the "inconsistent" behavior can be attributed to that. However, the first thing that caught my eye on that south facing segment is the disparity between the two working modules. One is about half the power of the other. That could be caused by shading or some other physical factor on that side affecting module B4. 

    It would be helpful to know where the TAP is located in your system. If it is on the roof plane with the 3 east facing modules or the west(?) facing roof with 9 then perhaps that TS4 isn't getting a strong signal from the TAP.

    Missing or intermittent modules can also be caused by bad wiring between the TAP and CCA.
