Tigo TS4-A-O no voltage on panels in series

Hi, I've been fitting some extra panels on a separate string. Tested each panel open voltage ok, and once tigo connected ok. However, once in series voltage either drops to 34v or zero. These are re-purposed Tigo's from my old system am I right in saying these need re-allocation and this is then being the likely reason for the low or zero voltage from rapid shutdown. They aren't currently connected to the inverter as I was testing the string first and came across this problem. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your contribution to the Tigo Community!

Tigo MLPE's must be assigned to the specific system, in order to function properly. It sounds like you may have some units that may not be properly reassigned to the new system.

Have you contacted Tigo Support, about this issue yet? I have created a ticket and a highly trained engineer will be in contact soon!

In the meantime, we greatly appreciate your patience with this process.
