    Yes, you can change your start date remotely. To do this: 

    Via Online portal (via computer):

    • Go to Edit > Site Info
    • Select the Edit button (next to the Details section).
    • Make your changes and click Update

    Via Tigo EI App (phone/device): 

    • Sign into App and find system
    • Press the Settings icon (bottom right)
    • Choose Edit System
    • Select System Info
    • Press EDIT button
    • Make your changes and press SAVE
