    Tigo recently experienced a brief data processing issue that caused a few systems to incur delays in displaying production data. Rest assured all production data for this period is securely stored and no systems should experience any data loss. If the issue returns, please let us know by Contacting Support and our Engineers will take a look.

    In the meantime, you can always check Tigo's Status Page for any current service issues.
