Add Itron OpenWay Power Production meter to layout (single or multiple inverters)

My grid service is provided by SDG&E here in San Diego. Our smart meter is from Itron Openway which is basically a zigbee connected device.

Looking at the Tigo (add Power Production meter) manufacturer options there is no Itron or OpenWay selection.

I did have this working at one time. I do have multiple SMA inverters and tried to add the second inverter to the same power production meter and messed up the configuration. I have since removed the second inverter layout to the power production meter but still no joy with the main system.

On the SMA configuration, I do have the SMA Smartmeter set with the meter serial number set for the main grid tie inverter. This appeared to be working at one time as well. The smartmeter selection is very limited.

Both of the grid tie inverters have their individual Tigo Cloud connect, TAP and panel string optimizer's. The only thing common to both is the house 240VAC infrastructure and power meter.

Everything works well in the tandem configuration, except the power production meter.

Idea?

If you do not see Itron listed as an option, you will have to request an addition from the Tigo Support Team. Since the Itron Openway is not a Tigo Product, our Engineers must review the specs on the product, so they can add the meter to the system.

I have opened up a ticket for you, and an Engineer will be in contact soon. We greatly appreciate your patience with the review process.
