I'm not having much joy from support in by either resetting my account or deleting it so I can start again.
This is required because the installer is no longer in business and has the master control on my system. I have contacted support numerous times with little success.
I need to be able to remove the existing tigo's and replace with new to the same cloud connect. The old tigo's will be added later when I extend the system.
I am even unable to set up a new system as the existing cloud and tigo's are already registered. This has been going on for two weeks now.
