Strange Occurrence Tigo TS4 A-O

Hi,

Installation of 64 Panels all with TIGO A-O optimisers, CCA and 2 x TAP.

System commissioned 1 week ago, in the last two days when the system is waking up a single Optimiser is staying greyed out, the strange thing is on both days it has suddenly woken up at 11.15AM. This particular panel is not in any significant shading and I believe this to be a communication issue as when comparing the 4 identical strings the voltage and current are very similar so believe the panel and optimiser to still be outputting.

Any advice here would be very welcome.

Have you Contacted the Support Team, yet? Each system design is different and there may be issues within the design that inhibit the optimizers from functioning as intended. Tigo's team of highly trained Engineers can review your system design and/or data, to provide the most successful resolution for your system!
