    Thank you for your contribution to the Tigo Community. 

    It sounds like you may be experiencing a similar issue to the members in this post: Updated App.

    Over the weekend, the Engineering Team released a new update/correction (version 4.9.2) that is available in the Appstore / Google Play. Install the update and review. If you find any new issues, please note them within the App or Portal by Providing a Feedback or Bug Report.

    Also, you can always open up a ticket with the Support Team, directly, for the quickest resolution.
