Up to date Firmware

It has been suggested to me that old firmware in the optimizers may reduce efficiency, possibly causing issues in low light levels. Any thoughts anyone?

  Thank you for contributing to the Tigo Community!

  The firmware that comes with the TS4-Flex family of optimizers should be the most advanced firmware possible (if you have recently purchased your system). However, there are versions that are released from time to time that can help with specific localized issues.

  If you are interested in finding out if your system requires any updates, please reach out to Tigo Customer Support. They will review your system and see if there is any need for an update.
