TS4-A-0-V2

Had 14 Tigo Optimistors installed, however one of them is reporting as a 'TS4-A-O-V2' whilst all the others are reporting as a 'TS4-A-0-700W'. The one reporting as a 'V2' doens't have the yellow bar -

 

No yellow bar (according to the help section as shown below) is a 'legacy product, but being a TS4, that shouldn't be the case?

 

So what is the TS4-A-O-V2?

  Thanks for contributing to the community!

  The v2 version is the same optimizer rated at 700W. I have created a ticket for you where one of our agents will take care of this issue.
