my MMU is stuck on H/W test
I've gotten a couple of alerts on my tigo app in the last couple of days. First, "overvoltage detected", then "low power production". My sys is currently giving me about 30W, instead of the 1-2KW I'd normally expect. So, I decided to reset my MMU-ESW, but first came across the H/W test function and decided to try it. Probably a mistake. It's now been stuck for about 30 minutes, displaying "2.7 H/W Test", and no amount of pressing any of the panel keys get me off of that display. I can reach the mmu with a browser (hard ethernet connection) but my usual Tigo password doesn't get me in and I don't know any other. Is there a default that I could try? What else can I do to get un-stuck? When I do, should I do a restart or a renew?
Thanks!
