Intermittent fault

    Thank you for contributing to the Tigo Community. 

    A Tigo MLPE that is missing data or showing intermittent grey module color, can indicate that there is any one of these issues present: 

    1. Break in communication (due to interference, distance from gateway, etc)
    2. Loss of incoming power from PV panel (bad connector, broken panel, etc)
    3. The system or the MLPE unit requires an update
    4. The MLPE is damaged or needs to be replaced

    Since every system is greatly different, it is best to contact our Support Team for a full system review. They will be able to review the data from your system and provide corrective measures. I have initiated a ticket (case), for this question and you should be contacted by a Support Member, shortly.
